About The Position

As the Assistant Orleans Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the daily operations of The Orleans, our lively neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one of Omaha's favorite weekend brunches. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. Working alongside the restaurant leadership team, you'll help coach and inspire team members, oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, maintain exceptional food and beverage standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a reason to return. From mentoring future hospitality professionals to jumping in during a busy brunch rush, no two days are the same. Requirements

  • Read, write and speak English.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
  • Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
  • Requires 8th grade math level.
  • Requires high school reasoning level.
  • Requires 12th grade language use level.
  • No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

Nice To Haves

  • One to two years of fine dining and/or hotel F&B experience.
