About The Position

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you're a key player on our team. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness.
Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles.
Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers.
Hands-On Involvement: You'll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you'll maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Eagle eye for details and organized, even when things change.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic.
• Proficient in talking, writing, and listening.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to identify problems, set goals, create plans, and execute them.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Professional demeanor, both inside and outside the restaurant.
• Experience managing restaurants.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English.
• Able to read English.
• Ability and willingness to solve problems individually and as a Team.
• Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Nice To Haves

• Experience opening a new restaurant.
• Experience with local marketing.
• Ability to read/speak Spanish.
