We're seeking compassionate, organized, and motivated Assistant Residential Managers to join our Residential Services team in Brick and Toms River, NJ. In this leadership role, you'll help oversee the daily operations of a residential program that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management and operations of a residential program.
  • Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff to ensure quality services and exceptional care.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and therapeutic home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and personal growth.
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations, agency policies, HIPAA requirements, and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Review and complete incident reports, corrective actions, quality assurance reports, and required program documentation.
  • Help ensure program goals are achieved in the areas of individual satisfaction, safety, quality of care, and staff performance.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll review, and workforce accountability.
  • Conduct observations of medication administration, meals, programming, and supervision to ensure individuals' support plans and safeguards are followed.
  • Monitor program vehicles and ensure safe transportation practices are maintained.
  • Oversee food inventory and requisitions while ensuring dietary needs and menu requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, individuals served, families, and external partners.
  • Promote and model the organization's mission, values, and commitment to person-centered care.
