Gateways to Change is a non-profit agency providing services to adults with developmental and physical disabilities in residential and community settings. We are looking for a dedicated and committed Assistant Director who possesses skills in initiating skills, following through on recommendations of administrators and consultants; organizational skills for development of schedules, filing, ordering supplies, inventory, management of petty cash; supervisory skills, communication skills, program development skills for writing goals, objectives, setting up teaching programs, and analyses of data; good observation skills, and an even temperament. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of forty (40) hours per week, second shift (3pm-11pm), including weekends. Availability by telephone or beeper during non-work hours is also required.
