About the Role As an Assistant Residence Manager, you'll help oversee a Residential program that supports individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Working closely with the Residence Manager, you'll ensure residents receive exceptional care and support while helping lead and develop a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals. You'll also step into a leadership role when the Residence Manager is unavailable.
