Assistant Residence Manager (ARM)
About The Position
The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is looking for Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) candidates who work with their team to bring positive energy to their work and help create amazing opportunities for the people we support in Saratoga County. ARMs are the glue that holds everything together. This role involves planning summer activities, training employees to become great Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), working side-by-side with DSPs on shift, and building relationships with staff to ensure all shifts are filled. This position also has on-call responsibilities in the team rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a DSP.
- 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, preferable in OPWDD services.
- Valid driver's license.
