Assistant Residence Manager (ARM)
About The Position
The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is seeking Assistant Residence Managers (ARMs) to join their team in Saratoga County. This role is ideal for experienced DSPs looking to advance their careers or current ARMs seeking a change. The ARM is responsible for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring shifts are covered, and fostering a positive team environment. The position involves planning activities, training staff, and building relationships with employees. On-call responsibilities are also part of the rotation. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people supported by the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Preferable experience in OPWDD services.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in Saratoga County.
