We are seeking a Clinical Veterinarian/Assistant Research Professor position in the Center for Comparative Medicine (CCM). Under the direction of the CCM Director and Associate Director, you will assist in maintaining the CCM Animal Care Program, provide veterinary medical services and clinical supervision leading the CCM Veterinary Services Program, and provide consultation and training to research investigators, technicians, husbandry staff, and students. The CCM contributes to the mission of COH/BRI by advancing animal and human health through excellent service, education, and research with compassion and respect for all species. Specifically, CCM promotes animal welfare (animal health and well-being) and humane animal care and use, provides comparative medicine and veterinary medicine expertise, and improves the quality and integrity of animal-based biomedical and translational research.
