About The Position

As the CRS Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager in overseeing daily store and service operations. Your responsibilities include fostering a "Safety First" culture, managing hiring and employee development, and addressing employee and customer concerns promptly to ensure an efficient and positive work environment and maintain customer loyalty.

Requirements

3-5 Years rental equipment industry experience
Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities
Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
Planning and Management
Inventory management
Valid driver’s license
Prior experience in the rental equipment industry
Strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction
Prior knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities

Nice To Haves

Prior Rental Equipment Operations experience desired, but not required

Responsibilities

Processing paperwork including rental agreement, quotes, work orders, and other service documents
Answering incoming calls and negotiating with customers
Set the pace and priorities for the Service Department and Truck Transportation based on customer needs
Inventory control (Rental Fleet, Parts, Merchandise)
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
Assisting in any other branch function as needed and assigned by management
