Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Registrar experience
MS Word and Excel Proficiency
Excellent customer service skills
Must work some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Maintain the student records database.
Reviews and maintains student information in both electronic and printed records.
Process course registration.
Audit transcripts for graduation.
Process application for graduation.
Assist with the organizational details of commencement.
Assist with diploma distribution including notification to graduates and packaging.
Process transcript and enrollment verification requests for current students and alumni.
Process “no show” report and update students’ enrollment status.
Process change of grades and notifying other departments of such changes.
Update student contact information.
Determine transferability of credit for all new and readmitted students
Assist with the formulation, development, and implementation of transfer-related policies and procedures
Work with admissions counselors on the Transfer Credit Evaluations to ensure smooth processing of credit transfer
Other work-related duties as assigned by Registrar.
