Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS) oversees the administration of 17 Master's and 13 PhD graduate programs, matriculating approximately 450 students per year. The Registrar's office is responsible for registration of students throughout the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters, thesis and dissertation submission, scheduling approximately 450 courses, verification of official undergraduate transcripts, and evaluating student graduation requirements. The office works with GMS leadership and faculty to ensure that students are making satisfactory academic progress toward degree completion. The Assistant Registrar is a student facing position. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the daily operation of the Registrar's Office, including working with the GMS Registrar in tasks related to student records, academic performance and registration activities.
