Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience, at least 1 of which in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Interact in a kind, compassionate manner with residents, families & co-workers
- Plan and execute appropriate activities
- Maintain a liaison with other department supervisors to adequately plan for resident activities
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Assist with employee work schedules for the Recreation Department
- Assist the Recreation Director as needed
