About The Position
The Office of the Public Defender 7th Judicial Circuit is seeking an attorney for a position located in the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida, which includes Volusia, Flagler, Putnam, and St. Johns County. The primary responsibility of assistant public defenders is to provide effective and professional representation to people charged with criminal offenses.
Requirements
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar or have either passed or recently sat for the Florida Bar Exam and have cleared Character and Fitness.
- Accepting applicants that are sitting for all 2026 Florida Bar exams.
- Juris Doctorate
