Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • 1-2 years related experience in Real Estate, Property Management or Operations Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manages MSOP, Golden building and Lowenstein residential units.
  • Handles all signage and directory updates for MSOP, Golden building and satellite locations.
  • Directly supports the Workforce Housing initiative.
  • Supervises Property Management Coordinator handling accounts payables and receivables, Golden parking agreements.
  • Responds to all tenant inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintains positive relationships with all tenants.
  • Demonstrates appropriate prioritization and problems resolution, providing viable solutions and alternatives.
  • Interacts regularly with service providers to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Anticipates and responds to needs and concerns.
  • Prepares accurate, timely, and complete reports.
  • Handles accounts payables and receivables accurately and follows up to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Manages on campus signage program and satellite sign requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Performs regular inspections of the property, while ensuring compliance of applicable health and safety standards including OSHA and AHCA.
  • Ensures compliance with leasing terms and preparation of all notices.
  • Reports and follows up as needed.
  • Exercises independent judgment for decisions regarding key clients/tenants/core physicians/customers and vendors needs.
  • Maintains vendor and tenant certificates of insurance and processes work orders for both in-house engineers and outside vendors.
  • Monitors contractor performance.
  • Investigates and resolves any complaints.
  • Meets with engineers, janitorial service, and others to handle complaints and requests for repairs.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, pursuant to policies and procedures.
  • Acts as liaison and responds to the needs of all hospital departments within the facility (Engineering, Construction, EVS, HR, Physician Practices, Accounting, etc.).
  • Manages residential and commercial buildings with 20+ tenants or a combination including various hospital service lines, totaling 50,000 sq ft or larger.
  • Provides support and oversight of projects in leased spaces and common areas of MSOP, MOB, and Lowenstein buildings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
