About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Property Manager for The Landmark on Scioto in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, strive to create happy residents through superior customer service, and maintain a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management (HUD & Tax Credit)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
