About The Position
A bar back is responsible for basic prep work behind the bar.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Proficient with iOS devices
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized in order to maintain records of inventory transfers.
- Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
- Must be at least 19.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Subject to pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred.
- Previous bar experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, and all other products required in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
- Assist bartenders during breaks.
- Keep records of inventory transfers.
- All other duties as assigned.
