Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Compensation and Benefits Initial Hiring Range: $22.61 - $26.66 per hour Expected Salary Range: $22.61 - $28.74 per hour Training Range (for candidates with unfulfilled qualifications): $20.44 - $22.51 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous paid time-off and holidays Retirement benefits Position Overview Assist the Property Manager or supervisor in overseeing all aspects of a single property or a portfolio of residential properties. Responsibilities include marketing, operations, and financial activities. Support property managers by monitoring property metrics to ensure performance goals are met. Serve as a front-line representative of Property Management to residents and the public. Operate in alignment with Housing Catalyst’s core values.
