The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations of the property by assisting with leasing, resident relations, collections, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and administrative functions. This position works closely with the Property Manager to ensure operational efficiency, strong occupancy performance, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and housing program requirements. The Assistant Manager is expected to maintain a strong onsite presence, provide professional leadership to residents and staff, and support the overall financial and operational success of the community.
