Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Flexibility to support business needs outside of standard hours when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience with property management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for tenant requests, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
  • Support proactive tenant engagement efforts to foster a positive and community-driven workplace environment.
  • Assist with planning and execution of tenant events and engagement initiatives.
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support urgent property needs as required.
  • Support daily building operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with engineering staff and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct routine property walks to identify and escalate maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Assist in monitoring building systems and reporting issues to management.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with building ownership, engineering, and vendor partners.
  • Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely submission for approval.
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and tracking outstanding balances.
  • Support monthly reporting by gathering operational and financial data.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, including leases, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with vendor proposals and documentation as needed.
  • Support leasing efforts by coordinating tours and providing property information to prospective tenants.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and suite preparations.
  • Coordinate logistics related to tenant improvement projects and space customization.
  • Maintain familiarity with available inventory and property offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support compliance with safety regulations and building requirements.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness processes and documentation.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and property.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
