About The Position

At Community First! Village (CFV), the Neighbor Care department has the privilege of walking alongside our neighbors, providing opportunities for them to settle, cultivate, and care for themselves and others in this unique community home to formerly chronically homeless individuals. As a part of the Neighbor Care team, the Property Management team is animated by a vision to empower neighbors into a lifestyle of accountability, goodness, and mutual respect in order to create a peaceful and healthy community. The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of CFV, supporting the Property Manager in overseeing this unique residential community. This position supports lease compliance, neighbor relations, and the development of systems and procedures that keep daily operations running smoothly. The role also supervises Property Management staff, coordinates with law enforcement and supportive services partners, and serves as a key leader within the Neighbor Care team. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Property Manager. Due to the nature and requirements of the position, the hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Some nights and weekends may be required, as well as rotating on-call duties. Primary work location may shift based on operational needs and phase launch timing.
