About The Position

Habitat America seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Admirals Landing in Great Mills, MD. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, and an attention to detail. This role requires at least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional. TCS certifications are a plus! Requirements

  • At least 3 years of prior property management Tax Credit experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional
  • At least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
  • 3+ years Tax Credit Experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork

  • Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
  • Yardi Software experience
