Requirements

  • At least two years in a property management or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and extreme attention to detail and organization.
  • Able to work independently with a self-starter mentality.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Property Managers, General Managers, and other stakeholders across 5 signature Breckenridge Properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to facilitate acquisition and retention of management agreements for vacation homes.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with various HOA boards as well as assisting in daily amenities operations (BMMA). Assist with Association Meeting preparations and communications.
  • Assist various stakeholders with processing invoices, ensuring on-time payments and clearing accruals as needed.
  • Own communication with various vendors and contractors, as well as outreach to new vendors as needed.
  • Monitor financials and assist with homeowner billing to ensure accuracy and maximization of revenue.
  • Gain a working knowledge of property management functions by working with the General Manager, the Revenue Management, Reservations and Front Desk teams to maximize rental revenue and occupancy.
  • Perform routine property inspections, and assist with coordination of repair or maintenance work and communication with homeowner when appropriate.
  • Own various homeowner communications and closely monitor PM email channels responding in a timely manner.
  • Manage delinquency reports and provide updates to managers and owner accounting.
  • Support new owners in onboarding and owner portal training.
  • Schedule HOA meetings and create BEOs as needed.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching process as needed.
