About The Position
Assistant Property Manager - Apartment Community Join our team at a 200+ unit, Apartment Community in Athens, GA! We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help create exceptional living experiences for our residents. What You'll Do Partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury community Drive leasing performance through effective marketing and sales strategies Manage collections and maintain financial performance metrics Create engaging social media content to showcase our community Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Work one to two weekends per month as part of our rotating schedule What You'll Need Previous Assistant Property Manager experience Proficiency with Yardi property management software Proven track record in collections, sales, and marketing Strong social media and digital marketing skills Exceptional customer service orientation College degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive compensation package including base pay and performance commissions Comprehensive benefits program Clear path for career advancement within our growing company Collaborative and supportive work environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Previous Assistant Property Manager experience
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software
