Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant and Leasing position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), with strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Yardi software is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
- Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
- Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
- Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning
- Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
- Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies
