Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Eastgrove, which is 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property a plus!

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather

• Previous Property Manager experience for a small property
