Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 12+ months of multifamily housing experience
- 12+ months of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with sales and leasing techniques
- Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software
- Understanding of property financials and budgeting
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads
- Answer resident and prospect questions professionally and promptly
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours
- Assist with leasing and resident retention efforts
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule resident work orders
- Manage resident files and documentation
- Support the Property Manager with daily operations
- Assist in achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals
- Provide outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
