In this key role, you'll work closely with residents, assist with leasing and administrative responsibilities, support occupancy goals, and help ensure the community operates smoothly and efficiently. Requirements
- At least 2 years of apartment industry experience
- Section 42/LIHTC experience required
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Weekend availability required
