Under the direction of the Director, Permanent Supportive Housing, the Assistant Property Manager (APM) works in conjunction with the Property Management Team and is responsible for a working understanding of all of the property operations of the assigned property and will act as main point of contact in the absence of the Property Manager. The APM will field phone calls, as well as facilitate all office and leasing activities and assist in the timely collection of rents including documentation of all transactions. The APM will also interact with clients/residents to explain move in/move out requirements and field questions about services and amenities. Will interact often with maintenance personnel in coordination of services and conducting periodic habitability audits as required. The Assistant may also perform special projects and attend service provider meetings as directed by Property Manager or designee from time to time. The position requires an incumbent with hands-on service delivery, patience, tact, flexibility, professionalism, and an overall commitment to teamwork.
