We're currently seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a total of 97-units spread out of 4 different apartment communities in Hailey ID. If you enjoy building strong resident relationships, maintaining high community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is strongly preferred. What You'll Do As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards.

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations
  • Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references
  • Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation
  • Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications
  • Conducting move-ins and move-outs
  • Collecting rent and security deposits
  • Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
  • Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
  • Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
  • Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
  • Responding appropriately to emergency situations
  • Following company policies and procedures
