Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager assists in the overall operation of the property, including day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs. This role is responsible for maintaining acceptable occupancy levels and fostering a supportive environment for all residents, including those with special needs. The Assistant Property Manager also interacts with and oversees vendors and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with onsite support staff.
