Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that permits employment with any employer.

Responsibilities

  • Rents storage space to customers of rental storage facility.
  • Informs customers of space availability, rental regulations, and rates.
  • Assists customers in selection of storage unit size according to articles or material to be stored.
  • Assists customer in completing rental agreement.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and generate sales leads over the phone as well as walk-in customers.
  • Recommending unit sizes and services based on customers' needs.
  • Communicating leasing process to customers.
  • Making customer calls regarding their account, collections, and other items, documenting notes on the computer system.
  • Conducts daily physical storage unit inspection, confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent.
  • Managing, auditing, and balancing cash drawer, preparing and making daily deposits.
  • Performing cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and picking up trash and wiping windows to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Traveling to other properties to provide support as needed for efficient business operations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
