About The Position
The Shore Apartments is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing and operational experience to join its onsite team.
Requirements
- Strong leasing and operational experience
Responsibilities
- Collect and post rental income
- Prepare and deliver delinquency notices, three-day notices to vacate, and assist with eviction processes
- Communicate with residents regarding renewals, notices, and move-outs
- Actively participate in leasing activities and support occupancy goals
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation
- Assist with general office operations, including phone coverage and resident correspondence
- Prepare security deposit refunds and charges
- Post miscellaneous income and expenses, including NSF checks and vendor commissions
- Ensure all lease files are current, complete, and compliant
- Assume Property Manager responsibilities in their absence, as needed
