About The Position

Habitat America is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Broadview and Woodcliffe Manor in Baltimore, MD. This community consists of nearly 500 Market Rate units. The Assistant Property Manager must be capable of assuming the Property Manager role in their absence, making excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail imperative. To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 3 years of prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional.

Requirements

• At least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required paperwork
• Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
• Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
