Requirements

  • 3 years of property management experience
  • 2 years of apartment leasing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Yardi, OneSite, Real Page, and Velocity rental systems.
  • Exhibits honesty and integrity in business dealings and decision-making.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task
  • Strong analytical, leadership and presentation skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and participate in resident activities and community engagement events
  • Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality customer service at all times
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and onsite property management staff
  • Greet residents, guests, and prospects warmly while presenting the community and available apartments
  • Highlight apartment features and benefits in a clear, engaging, and professional manner
  • Complete lease paperwork accurately and maintain organized resident files
  • Distribute and follow up on renewal notices in a timely manner
  • Participate in outreach marketing efforts to generate new leasing opportunities
  • Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents and guests through exceptional service
  • Manage multiple responsibilities with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, professionalism, and grooming
  • Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in all situations
  • Support lease-up activities as needed to help achieve occupancy goals
