About The Position

JCMLiving is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager-Leasing Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our on-site management team for our property in Middlesex County. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of a thriving apartment community. As the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, you will play an integral role in showcasing our community, maximizing occupancy, supporting resident satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A positive, professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding resident experiences.

  • Previous property management leasing experience (Plus).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct community and apartment tours while effectively presenting the features and benefits of the property.
  • Manage inbound telephone, email, and online leasing inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain consistent prospect follow-up to maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Prepare leases, renewals, and related leasing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize property management software and CRM systems to manage leads and resident information.
  • Build positive relationships with current residents by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and support resident retention initiatives and community events.
  • Assist with rent collection and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Receive and coordinate maintenance service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain high occupancy levels and an outstanding resident experience.
