As part of the Sinatra team, you will be a part of a team committed to excellence both inside the office and out. Duties: Handle the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, lease signing, and move-in. Meet with prospective residents and conduct apartment and property tours. Follow up with prospects through our CRM and maintain required follow-up activity. Process applications, leases, and other required paperwork accurately and on time. Monitor apartment availability and make sure unit information is accurate. Help meet occupancy and leasing goals for the property. Walk available apartments before showings and move-ins to make sure they are ready. Assist current residents with questions, service requests, and other needs. Submit and follow up on work orders for occupied and vacant apartments as needed. Assist with renewal notices and resident follow-up. Walk the property regularly and help identify maintenance, cleanliness, or curb appeal issues that need attention. Help keep the leasing office, model units, and customer-facing areas clean, organized, and ready for residents and prospects. Assist with resident events, outreach marketing, and other leasing initiatives. Maintain an updated market survey and knowledge of competing properties in the area. Monitor marketing materials and communicate needs to the marketing team. Look for opportunities to request reviews following positive interactions with residents and prospects. Maintain a working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing requirements. Complete required company training through Aspire. Assist the Property Manager with additional property-related responsibilities as needed.
