About The Position

Assistant Property Manager needed for 500 unit, apartment community. This role is responsible for leading marketing and sales initiatives, managing social media, overseeing collections, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position also supports property operations and resident satisfaction, utilizing property management software for daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in multifamily housing
• Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
• Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
• Experience with collections and financial management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including one to two weekends per month
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
