Your Impact Strategic Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, uphold top-notch quality, and achieve profitability goals. Client Relationship Management: As a brand ambassador, exceed client expectations, embodying and enhancing our company’s values and reputation. Collaboration: Partner with the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and project team to ensure seamless execution. Financial Management: Own the process of monthly payment applications—submit on time, ensure prompt payments, and follow up diligently. Document Control: Oversee and update project documents—shop drawings, addendums, RFIs—with accuracy and timeliness to keep contractors and the team aligned. Business Development: Participate in activities that drive growth and strengthen client relationships. Safety Compliance: Champion OSHA regulations and safety practices to maintain a secure work environment. Onsite Supervision: Coordinate scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative functions to keep operations on track. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a successful outcome that meets quality expectations. Documentation: Manage as-built drawings and O&M documentation for clear and accurate handoff to stakeholders. And More! Requirements

  • Above all, you are hungry, humble, and smart.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction principles, engineering practices, management strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving Power: Strong planning and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Skilled at finding solutions and reaching agreements that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Safety Know-How: Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and legal issues to ensure compliance and maintain secure worksites.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Interpersonal Finesse: Integrity, respect, and the tact to build trust and strong relationships across teams.
