It is the responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager to assist in organizing, supervising and coordinating the project and onsite staff, including daily communication with the Superintendent on each operating project, in order to complete the work on schedule, within budget, and to the quality of workmanship specified, while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. In conjunction with the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager serves as the Haynes Group Inc. (HG) representative in the Owner-Architect-Builder team, and is responsible for protecting and promoting HG interests, and that of the clients, in all matters. In addition, the Assistant Project Manager has supervisory responsibility for the Field team within the project scope. Opportunities to manage entire project life cycle for smaller projects may arise.
