Art of Drawers creates joyful, inspirational experiences for our clients through custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions in cabinets. We give our customers more space, more organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing and looking to hire people-oriented Designers to sell our organizational solutions. We provide the training and you provide the passion and motivation. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills.
  • Friendly, goal-oriented, and driven nature.
  • Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads to clients by conducting in-home design appointments with company-provided and self-generated client leads.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly.
  • Provide a platinum level of service and grow your client base.
