Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Ability to establish relationships and lead people.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects.
- Manage safety and quality control.
- Forecast and manage budgets accurately.
- Manage change orders.
- Manage critical subcontractors.
- Manage Project Engineers.
- Resolve problems involving labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration.
- Manage vehicles, equipment, and tools.
