About The Position

ServiceMaster CDR is hiring an Assistant Project Manager, Water to lead restoration projects and support customers after disasters. The role focuses on water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation, and mold remediation. The position pays $27.00–$30.00, depending on experience, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus subject to conditions.

Requirements

• Current or recently expired IICRC certification in at least one of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, or CCT.
• At least two years of experience in a lead role with water restoration experience.
• Strong practical restoration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• A results-driven, problem-solving mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Additional state certifications and licensing, such as Mold certification or licensing, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Apply expertise in water damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation, and mold remediation.
• Adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
