About The Position

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role.
- Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.
- Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.
- Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Able to understand and manage job deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad.
