Requirements

2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role.
Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.
Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.
Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects
Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Able to understand and manage job deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad.
