As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced PMs and field leadership from your first day - supporting active commercial projects, building your coordination skills, and developing the instincts that set strong construction managers apart. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Background in commercial construction or project coordination - any specialty exposure is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with construction management software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management across active commercial projects.
  • Track milestones and deliverables to keep timelines and budgets on target.
  • Spot process improvements and bring ideas that make the team run more efficiently.
  • Act as a coordination point between project managers, field crews, clients, and trade partners.
  • Keep communication clear and consistent across every project stakeholder.
  • Prepare progress updates, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Work with field teams to maintain workmanship standards and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project records, including contracts, submittments, and change documentation.
  • Help ensure work stays aligned with project specs and company quality benchmarks.
  • Step in when issues come up and help build practical, timely solutions.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and outside partners to keep workflow moving.
