About The Position

Landmark Construction Solutions located in Windsor, CO, is looking to add to our team by hiring an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and tactical support. Under the direction of the Project Managers, the Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office Suite
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all phases and aspects of the project and construction management.
  • Assist in the bidding, budgeting, purchasing, and procurement process while managing communication with trade partners and vendors.
  • Assist in the creation and management of construction schedules.
  • Compile plans and specifications for project documentation, including but not limited to permitting.
  • Perform general project support including taking meeting minutes, making copies, reproduction coordination, placing orders, etc.
  • Provide support to Superintendent and Field Staff as needed, including hands-on field work to assist the flow of the project as necessary.
  • Follow the company’s best practices.
