About The Position

Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and managing assigned construction engineering projects, including data center projects. Ensure construction operations are completed in accordance with contract schedule and specifications, budget, and quality standards. Manage all phases of the project life cycle, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning and close out services. Monitor design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are performed in accordance with contractual agreements and corporate quality standards. Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules to ensure project objectives are met; monitor, evaluate and develop project budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates; review purchase orders, change orders, and invoices; forecast, identify and address areas of potential liabilities and risks; identify, analyze and resolve project issues and conflicts; assist in the development and implementation of standards, protocols, policies and procedures to facilitate project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in duties of position offered
  • Up to two years of required experience may be satisfied by a Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or project management.
  • At least 1 year of experience with construction engineering projects for data centers.
  • Extensive utilization of AutoCAD and BIM platforms and construction project management applications, including ACC Autodesk, e-Builder, Prolog, MS Project, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, Procore, MS Nexus, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Authorized to accept permanent employment in the U.S. with any employer.
