This role involves managing project documentation, supervising project activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The position may involve maintaining various project logs, preparing submittals, issuing contracts, and coordinating with subcontractors. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will monitor quality control, ensure warranty information is up-to-date, and assist field personnel. The role also includes preparing change orders, project reports, and working with payroll to ensure accuracy. The duties are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work, and other duties may be assigned.
