About The Position

gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is a registered Government contractor providing services and solutions in National Security Programs Professional, Administrative, and Management Support, and Mission and Warfighter Support. They are a Small Business Administration certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This position is contingent and located in Brunswick, GA. The Assistant Project Manager will be on call 24 hours a day for emergencies and will act as the central point of contact with the Government in the absence of the Project Manager. They will administer services as described in contract specifications, handle complaints, and ensure continuity of services at all Training Delivery Points (TDPs).

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
• Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
• Proficient in the use of a computer to communicate via email, retrieve reports and provide reports to the CO/COR.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possess a valid United States driver's license.
• Able to complete a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) or Background Investigation (BI).

Responsibilities

• Remain on call twenty-four hours a day to handle emergencies and ensure the customer is provided with specific contact information.
• In the absence of the Project Manager, administer all services described in the contract specifications.
• Receive any complaints concerning performance of contract services and rectify the causes of the complaints.
• Act as a central point of contact with the Government.
• Remain available to support and assist all Training Delivery Points (TDPs) to ensure conformance to course directives, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
• Provide the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) status updates on all TDPs and ensure continuity of services.
