Please note: New hires are required to come to our home office in Perrysburg, OH for initial orientation and training for 2 weeks.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with power distribution design or related projects; management may consider other education and/or work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position.
  • Available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday; occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed, including monthly overnight travel
  • Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in planning and executing projects from planning through delivery.
  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project milestones and deadlines.
  • Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk projects and communicate with Project Managers.
  • Assists Project Manager with managing the entire life cycle of a function(s), project(s), program, and/or customer, from set-up through execution to close-out
  • Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Analyzing data as required
  • Prepares agendas, and meeting notes, drafting invoices, drawing estimates, and project summaries.
  • Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and reports project progress.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Other duties as assigned.
